Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide shipping services across India. To check the delivery options available for your location, simply enter your PIN code/ZIP code on the Checkout Page while placing your order.

Standard delivery: Orders are generally delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.

We operate our shipping services Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping:
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders of ₹499 or above, calculated after applying discounts, as announced periodically.

Standard Shipping:
A shipping fee will apply to orders below the applicable minimum order value. The shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping:
Express Shipping is available for eligible locations and offers delivery within approximately 2–3 working days.

  • Orders received before 10:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the same working day.

  • Orders received after 10:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

  • Express Shipping availability and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

Partially Paid Orders

We may offer a Partially Paid option in select cases, where a small advance amount is paid online and the remaining balance is collected at the time of delivery.

The applicable advance amount, shipping charges, and balance payable will be clearly displayed during checkout. Partially Paid orders will be confirmed only after successful receipt of the advance payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in many locations across India, subject to PIN code and courier serviceability.

An additional COD charge may apply over and above the applicable shipping fee. The final shipping and COD charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All products are shipped directly from our warehouse. We make every effort to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

In rare circumstances, dispatch may be delayed due to operational or unforeseen reasons. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

To ensure safe and timely deliveries, we work with established logistics and courier partners.

Re-shipping of RTO Orders

If an order is returned to our warehouse as RTO (Return to Origin) and you wish to have it re-shipped, you may be required to pay the full applicable shipping charges in advance before the order is re-dispatched.

Delays by Shipping Partners

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Remote-area delivery constraints

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Such delays are beyond our direct control. We appreciate your patience and will assist you with shipment tracking and updates wherever possible.

Special Delivery Requests

We strive to accommodate special delivery requests, including expedited delivery or specific delivery time slots, wherever possible. However, such requests cannot be guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by our courier partners and depends on their availability and operational schedules.
