Shipping Policy

Delivery : We provide shipping services across India. To determine delivery options for your area, you can simply enter your pin code or zip code on the Checkout Page when placing your order. Your order will be delivered within 2-7 working days 

For your convenience, we offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders for the minimum amount of ₹499 (calculated after discounts), as announced periodically.

Standard Shipping: A shipping fee will apply to all orders below the minimum order amount.

Partially Paid Orders: We also offer a Partially Paid option in select cases, where a small advance amount is paid online and the remaining balance is collected at the time of delivery. Applicable charges, advance amount, and balance payable will be clearly shown during checkout. Partially paid orders are confirmed only after successful receipt of the advance payment.

Cash-On-Delivery (COD): We provide COD service in many locations within India, with an additional charge on top of the shipping fee. The applicable shipping and COD rates will be finalized and displayed during the checkout process.

Re-shipping of RTO Orders: If you wish to re-ship an RTO order, you may be required to pay full prepaid shipping charges in advance.

Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse. We make every effort to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. In rare instances, there may be slight delays in shipping, and we will keep you informed in such cases. We operate our shipping services from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. To ensure safe and prompt deliveries, we collaborate with well-established logistics partners.

Delay in Delivery by Shipping Partners: While we aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or logistics issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will assist you with tracking and updates. Such delays are beyond our direct control.

While we strive to accommodate special delivery requests, such as expedited delivery or specific time slots, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners.
